We've had very good results with Parsley in our system - both flat-leaf and

curly varieties.  Since it produces over such a long time period, you'll

have to be sure to keep it trimmed back to avoid insect problems.  Of

course, if you're using or selling it in good quantity, that won't be a problem.

Paula,

I'm curious about the market price for parsley.  Is it worth growing for

restaurants or can they get it so cheap that it doesn't pay its way?
